摘 要:目的分析潮湿环境紫外线空气消毒的有效时间。方法研究对象为门诊流产室(II类环境)和外科诊室(III类环境)各两间;在潮湿环境下(温度为20℃~40℃,相对湿度〉60%)严格按照消毒技术规范的相关要求消毒。结果潮湿环境下,紫外线空气消毒〈60 min时,消毒30 min后检出的菌落数多于消毒〉60 min检出的菌落数(P〈0.05);消毒时间〉60 min时,消毒效果不会随着消毒时间的增加而增加,各个消毒时间段空气中的细菌检测合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 30~60 min是潮湿环境下,紫外线空气消毒的有效消毒时间,而60 min则是最有效的杀菌时间。Objective To analyze the wet environment of ultraviolet air sterilization time. Methods The research object was the two rooms of for the abortion clinic room(class II)and surgical clinic(Class III). In the humid environment(the temperature 20 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity 60%)in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of disinfection technical specifications for disinfection. Results In moist environment,when ultraviolet air disinfection less than 60 minutes,disinfection for 30 minutes after the detection of the number of colonies was significantly higher than in disinfection 60 minutes detection of colony number(P 0.05). Disinfection time 60 minutes,the disinfection effect was not increased with the increase of the time of disinfection. Each disinfection time air bacterial detection qualified rate difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion30 to 60 minutes is effective disinfection time of ultraviolet ray air disinfection,and 60 minutes is the most effective sterilization time.
