摘　　要：目的探究类风湿性关节炎患者心理状态分析与护理方式。方法选取80例类风湿性关节炎患者进行实验观察,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者的心理状态进行评定,并将评分结果与国内常模进行对比。结果 80例患者的症状自评各项评分均要高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者在心理上容易出现不适,护理人员要加强对其心理的护理,促进患者痊愈。Objective To explore the psychological state of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and nursing methods. Methods 80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected for the study. The psychological status of the patients was evaluated by the symptom self rating scale（SCL-90）, and the results were compared with the norm. Results The scores of symptoms of 80 patients were significantly higher than those of the domestic norm（P 0.05）. Conclusion Rheumatoid arthritis is very easy to appear psychological discomfort,so,nursing staff should strengthen the psychological care,in order to allow patients to better recovery.
