摘　　要：目的对帕米磷酸二钠联合放疗治疗骨转移癌护理工作中应用综合护理的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年1月~2016年2月在我院接受帕米磷酸二钠联合放疗治疗的骨转移癌患者84例,并随机分为对照组（41例）和实验组（43例）,对应用常规护理和综合护理的效果进行观察并比较。结果实验组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组,毒副反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论帕米磷酸二钠联合放疗治疗骨转移癌护理工作中应用综合护理的效果良好,对缓解患者的疼痛程度以及降低毒副反应具有重要作用。Objective Pamidronate disodium combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer of comprehensive nursing effect were analyzed. Methods Selected from January 2014 to February 2016 pamidronate disodium combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases in patients with 84 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（41 cases）and experimental group（43 cases）. The routine nursing and comprehensive nursing effects were observed and compared. Results The experimental group of patients with nursing efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Pamidronate disodium combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis in the application of comprehensive nursing,the effect is good,to ease the pain of patients and reduce the toxic and side effects.
