观察早期急性乳腺炎综合护理干预的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究分析综合护理干预在早期急性乳腺炎中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年9月~2015年9月收治的早期急性乳腺炎患者78例作为研究对象。并将其分为例数均等的对照组和观察组。给予对照组患者常规化护理措施,观察组患者实行综合护理干预。对比两组患者临床护理疗效。结果护理结果显示,观察组患者红肿热痛消失时间、炎症消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且观察组患者护理效果满意度为92.3%,对照组患者护理效果满意度为74.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予早期急性乳腺炎患者综合护理模式,可有效提高患者对临床护理满意度,缩短症状改善时间。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in early stage of acute mastitis. Methods In our hospital,from September 2014 to September 2015,admitted 78 patients with acute mastitis as the research object. And divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing measures,the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared with the two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results According to the results of nursing,patients in the observation group of swelling and heat pain disappeared time,inflammation subsided time was shorter than the control group,the data had statistical differences（P 0.05）. And observation group patients of satisfaction rate with nursing effect was 92.3%,74.4% in the control group patients,the data had statistical differences（P 0.05）. Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing in patients with acute mastitis model,which can effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction about clinical nursing and shorten the time for symptom improvement.
