摘　　要：目的：探讨采用锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的临床效果。方法将安阳市人民医院2012年9月至2014年11月收治的90例股骨远端复杂骨折患者分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用解剖钢板内固定法进行治疗，实验组采用锁定加压钢板进行治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组手术优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用锁定钢板内固定法治疗股骨远端复杂骨折效果显著，对于促进患者骨折部位的愈合具有十分重要的作用，是一种可靠的手术方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treat-ment of complex fractures of distal femur. Methods Ninety patients with complex fractures of distal fe-mur in the people’ s hospital of Anyang from september 2012 to November 2014 were selected, they were divided into experimental group and control group, patients in control group were treated by anatomic plate fixation for treatment, and pateints in experimental group were treated by locking compression plate, the clinical effects between the two groups were observed and compared. Results Excellent rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The effect of locking plate fixation in the treatment of complex fractures of distal femur is significant, it plays an important role in promoting patient’ s healing of fracture site, and it is a reliable surgical options.
