内外固定相结合治疗膝关节周围骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨膝关节周围骨折采用内外固定结合治疗的临床效果。方法本次选取膝关节周围骨折患者40例，均为新乡市中心医院骨科2013年2月至2014年9月收治，采用内外固定结合方案治疗。结果选取的40例患者中，骨折愈合良好37例，占92．5%。其他3例因严重大腿下段软组织损伤，且伴发有骨缺损，术后有骨不连，外固定架在半年后拆除，取植骨联合髁钢板内固定方案治疗，后骨愈合。评估关节功能，优22例，占55%；良13例，占32．5%；可2例，占5%；差3例，占7．5%，总有效率为92．5%。2例皮肤有针孔感染情况。结论内外固定相结合治疗膝关节周围骨折，可促使膝关节功能最大程度恢复，临床骨愈合率较高，提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of internal and external fixation of fractures around the knee treatment. Methods Fourty cases with fractures around the knee in Central Hospital of Xinxiang from February 2013 to September 2014 were treated external fixation com-bined with regimen. Results Among the 40 patients, thirty seven cases of fracture were healing well, accounting for 92. 5%. The other 3 cases had nonunion cases due to severe lower thigh soft tissue injury and bone defects associated with postoperative, six months after the removal of the external fixator, bone graft taken within condyle plate fixation in the treatment of joint, bone healing. In terms of assessment of joint function, 22 cases were excellent, accounting for 55%;13 cases good, accounting for 32. 5%;2 cases fine, accounting for 5%;3 cases bad, accounting for 7. 5%, the total effective rate was 92. 5%. Two cases of skin infection pinhole. Conclusions Combination of internal and external fixation treatment fractures around the knee can contribute to the greatest degree of knee function recovery, increase clinical bone healing rate, and improve jquality of life in patients with protection.
