摘　　要：烧结空心砖工艺中,干燥和焙烧后烟气的排放面临着环保部门的除抽检和实施在线监测的要求,对此,必须围绕原料、燃料、窑炉结构、产品规格、生产运行和脱硫设施性能等环节来设计生产工艺,以满足国家产品标准要求和污染物排放标准。否则,企业将会因污染物排放超标而受到停产整顿或高额罚款的处罚。During the production of fired hollow brick, flue gas emissions from drying and firing process need toface the implementation of online sampling and monitoring requirements of the environmental protection department. So the production processes should be designed focusing on raw materials, fuel, furnace structure, productspecifications, production operation, desulphurization facilities and other aspects of performance to meet the requirements of national product standards and pollutant discharge standards. Otherwise, companies will result in excessive emissions of pollutants subject to heavy fines or suspend production for rectification.
