摘　　要：抗战时期,渤海根据地(包括其前身冀鲁边区和清河区)的军民消灭了大量的日伪军,粉碎了日寇掠夺资源、实行以战养战的阴谋,并支援了山东其他根据地大量的人力物力,为山东抗战的胜利做出了重要贡献。解放战争中,渤海区人民参军支前,成为华东战场人民解放军取得胜利的坚强后盾,为华东乃至全国的解放发挥了重要作用。During the period of Anti-Japanese War, the army and people of Bohai-base area ( including its predecessor in the border area of Hebei and Shandong Province and Qinghe district) not only wiped out a large number of Japanese soldiers and puppet army, smashed the scheme of the Japanese of plundering resources from China and sustaining the war by means of war, but also provided a lot of manpower and material resources to other base areas. In so doing, they made great contribution to the victory in Shandong. During the period of the War of Liberation, the people of Bohai district joined the army, supported the front actively, and offered great support to the People's Liberation Army of East China. With these efforts, they played a very important role in the liberation of East China area and the whole country.
