龙氏治脊疗法治疗骨盆旋移综合征的影像学观察

摘　　要：目的分别运用龙氏治脊疗法和电针治疗骨盆旋移综合征,观察两者治疗前后的影像学变化,探寻龙氏治脊疗法治疗骨盆旋移综合征的作用机理。方法将符合诊断标准的60例患者按1∶1的比例随机分成实验组和对照组,两组治疗前和完成治疗后均分别拍腰椎侧位片和骨盆正位片,实验组采用龙氏治脊疗法行正骨推拿治疗,对照组行常规电针治疗,测量每例患者治疗前、后的影像学检查指标。结果两组治疗后双侧髋骨宽度差、闭孔宽度差、股骨颈长度差、髂嵴高度差数值明显减少(P<0.05),治疗后腰骶角的读数虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组更接近正常平均值。结论龙氏治脊疗法对于骨盆旋移综合征在影像学方面的改善效果优于电针疗法。Objective To observe the imaging changes after the treatment of Long ＇s spine care and electric acupuncture for spin move syndrome,in order to find the former＇s mechanism of action. Methods 60 cases of patients according with the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group in proportion of 1： 1,lumber lateral view and pelvis anteroposterior view were separately taken before and after the treatments. The experimental group received Long ＇s spine care treatments while the control group were treated with electric acupuncture,imaging examination indexes in pre- therapy and post- treatment of both groups were measured. Results After treatments,the differences of hip width of both sides,closed pore width,femoral neck Length and Iliac crest height in both two groups were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）.There were no statistical significance on lumbosacral angle（ P〉0. 05）,but the reading record of the experimental group was closer to the normal average. Conclusions As to the imaging improvements,Long ＇s spine care treatments was superior to electric acupuncture in treating Pelvic spin move syndrome.
