合肥市某养护院养老医疗服务现状分析——基于安徽省养老医疗服务的调查

摘　　要：目的机构养老是社会化养老服务体系的重要支撑。"医养结合"型养护院能满足失能与半失能老人对养老和医疗护理的基本需求。文章通过调查安徽省合肥市"医养结合"型养护院的一般情况,以合肥市某养护院为例,分析"医养结合"型养护院服务能力建设中存在的问题,提出要重视养护院的重要补充功能、加强长期医疗护理人员的针对性培训、完善制度以降低养老成本等政策建议。The pension agency is an important support for the social old- age service system. The ＂therapy and nursing combination＂ facilities increasing can provide better service for more and more disabled and half- disabled elders. The investigation and analysis carried on the ＂ therapy and nursing combination＂ nursing home in Hefei city. Citing one nursing home which also offer medical service for the old people as typical,then suggestions are provided such as to put more emphasis on the construction of this nursing home and strengthen the paramedics training about how to service for the elders,in addition,something needs to be done to ease the old people＇s financial burden.
