摘  要:目的了解基于评估的疾病护理模式对患者满意度的影响,为基于评估的疾病护理模式的临床应用推广提供理论依据。方法选择60名焦虑症或(和)抑郁症的患者为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表、广泛性焦虑量表和优质护理工作满意度调查表,调查基于评估的疾病护理模式对患者满意度的影响。结果住院期间被指导进行疾病自我管理的患者,优质护理工作满意度调查表、人文关怀及综合评价两个维度得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);环境设施、专业技能及总分得分也较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于评估的疾病护理模式有利于提高患者的满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。Objective To investigate the impact of the measurement- based care model on patient satisfaction,and provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of the measurement- based care model.Methods The general questionnaire,Patient Health Questionnaire- 9,Generalized Anxiety Disorder- 7patients health questionnaire,Generalized Anxiety Scale and nursing job satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate the impact of the measurement- based care model,and totally 60 patients with anxiety disorder or depression were enrolled in the study. Results The patients who were guided to do self management during hospitalization,got higher scores in humanistic care dimension and comprehensive evaluation dimension,as well as the environmental facilities dimension,professional skills dimension and total scores. The differences of humanistic care dimension and comprehensive evaluation dimension were statistically significant( P〈0. 05); but the differences of environmental facilities dimension,professional skills dimension and total scores were not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). Conclusions The measurement- based care model is good for improving the patient's satisfaction,and it is worth promoting in clinical nursing work in the future.
