摘 要:串联法工艺在处理Si O2主要以高岭石物相赋存的中低品位铝土矿生产氧化铝时,具有氧化铝回收率高、碱耗低、成本低的明显优势,但又因烧结法粗液浓度低且碳酸钠含量高,并入拜耳法系统后将带来一定的负面影响。经过改进的水平橡胶带式过滤机代替目前通常采用的沉降槽用于烧结法赤泥分离及洗涤时,可以在低碳酸钠浓度条件下适应高固含熟料溶出赤泥浆液的分离和洗涤作业,实现了快速分离,大幅度提高了粗液浓度,提高了氧化铝和氧化钠的净溶出率。烧结法赤泥快速分离工艺及装备的成功开发,对于串联法的高效运行、对于中国氧化铝工业的可持续发展,都具有非常重要的现实意义。In order to produce alumina with low grade bauxite, where SiO2 mainly exists as kaolinite, Serial combination process has obvious advantage of high recovery rate, low alkali consumption and low cost. However, due to low concentration of sintering primary liquor and high sodium carbonate content, it will have a negative effect on the system of Bayer process. The improved horizontal rubber belt filter instead of the widely used sedimentation tank using in sintering red mud separation and washing, can adapt to high solid content sintering red mud separation and washing operation under the low concentra- tion of sodium carbonate conditions. The rapid separation greatly improves the concentration of the primary liquor and the net dissolution rate of aluminum and sodium oxide. The development of sintering red mud fast separation technology and equipment, has very practical significance for the efficient operation of Serial combination process and sustainable development of Chinese alumina industry.
