摘  要:论述了铝用预焙阳极生产用粘结剂煤沥青各组分及煤沥青含量对预焙阳极质量的影响。预焙阳极生产中,尽可能选择低QI含量粘结剂煤沥青,以确保焙烧后的预焙阳极有很好的理化指标和较低的热膨胀系数。降低预焙阳极中的煤沥青含量,可以降低混捏功的输入,进而减轻混捏设备的负荷;可以提高阳极焙烧速率,从而有效降低焙烧火焰周期,同时减少阳极产生裂纹缺陷及粘结填充料。In this paper effects of components and content of coal - tar pitch which are used as the binder in the prebaked anode production on the prebaked anode quality are discussed. In order to make sure the physieochemical index and low thermal expansion coefficient of prebaked anode after baking, the coal -tar pitch with low content QI is selected as possible. Reducing the pitch content of prebaked anode can reduce kneading power, lessen load of kneading equipments, increase the speed of anode baking, decrease the cycle time of baking and can reduce the cracks and defects of anode and the packing material binding on the anode.
