摘 要:针对粗四氯化钛中固含量偏高问题,分析了固相物组成,研究了熔盐氯化过程Fe Cl3的走向,开展了熔盐温度、烟气温度、返炉矿浆喷淋强度和原料粒度等工艺参数对固含量的影响研究,得到了粗四氯化钛固含量控制方法,开展了稳定试验。结果表明:采用试验工艺参数,熔盐氯化过程运行稳定,粗四氯化钛平均固含量为4.1g/L,Fe Cl3通过熔盐排放比例由76.9%提高到95.9%,进入粗四氯化钛中的比例由9.0%降低至0.4%。According to the high solid content of rough titanium tetrachloride, the solid composition was analyzed. The trend of FeCl3 in molten salt chlo- rination was researched. The effect of process parameters such as molten salt temperature, flue gas temperature, spraying intensity of slurry to returning furnace and raw material size on solid content was researched. The solid content control method of rough titanium tetrachloride was obtained and then the stability tests were carried out. The results showed that: the molten salt chlorination process was stable under test parameters, average solids content of rough titanium tetrachloride was 4. 1g/L, the emission ratio of FeCl3 through molten salt increased from 76.9% to 95.9%, the ratio of FeCl3 entering rough titanium tetrachloride reduced from 9.0% to 0.4%.
