摘　　要：本文从冷轧机的生产实际问题入手,介绍二级系统的控制原理及控制方式、系统和软件配置;并详细介绍二级画面的组成部分,可执行操作的内容,以及如何实现预设处理和重计算两大主要功能;还介绍了在生产使用过程中二级系统如何应对环境和输入信息的变化,如何针对不同合金及合金状态匹配最佳轧制策略,以此来说明其在现代轧机中不可替代的作用。In light of actual production problems of cold rolling mills, the controlling principle and mode, system and software configuration of the level 2 model controlling system are introduced, and the level 2 HMI picture parts, the operational contents and realization of the two main functions presetting and recalculating are described in detail. Dealing with the changing of the environment and the inputting information in the process of production using the level 2 controlling system, matching the best rolling strategy according to different alloy and alloy process state are also introduced to illustrate its irreplace- able role in the modem rolling mill.
