摘  要:针对封闭式储煤仓疲劳寿命估算方法存在的问题,以漳州后石某发电厂圆形储煤仓为工程背景,基于Miner累积损伤理论,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Fe-safe,对输煤栈桥振动引起双层网壳结构的疲劳破坏进行了分析,得到了构件的疲劳寿命.结果表明:经过400万次循环加载后,结构发生了疲劳破坏,破坏区域主要发生在节点的焊缝处.研究成果为圆形储煤仓双层网壳结构的疲劳安全设计提供了一定理论依据,为悬挂结构未来的发展前景奠定了基础.According to the existing problems for fatigue life estimation method of enclosed storage bunker, this paper took a circular storage bunker of a power plant in Zhangzhou Houshi as the engineering case study, based on the Miner accumulated damage theory, analyzed the fatigue damage problem of double-layer reticulated shell structure caused by the vibration of the coal-transportation trestle, and calculated the fatigue life of components by means of the numerical analysis of finite element analysis software(ANSYS Fe-safe). Research results show that the fatigue failure of structure occurs after more than 4 million times of cyclic loading, and the damage region mainly appears the welds of joints. This study provides the theoretical basis for the fatigue safety design of circular storage bunker double shell structure and laid the foundation for the development prospect of the suspension structure.
