摘　　要：目的 :通过大样本中医体质分类的调查,探讨中医体质类型分布及其兼杂规律。方法 :选择7 882份中医健康体检报告中的中医体质辨识结果作为数据源,采用IBM Spss clementine14.1中的Apriori模型进行关联规则挖掘,最小支持度阈值为6%,最小置信度阈值为80%。结果:体质类型的兼杂是一种较为普遍的现象,在单一体质类型中偏颇体质以阳虚质、气虚质、湿热质较为常见;在兼杂体质类型中气虚质可能是除特禀质以外的6种偏颇体质的基础体质;挖掘出与兼杂体质有关的分类关联规则22条。结论:采用《中医九种基本体质分类量表》进行的体质辨识其辨识度还不够高。Objective：To explore the TCM constitution type distribution and mixed rules through a large sample of TCM constitution classification investigation. Methods：Total 7 882 TCM constitution identification results in TCM health check-up reports were selected as the data source and studied by using Apriori model of IBM Spss clementine14.1 for the association rules mining with minimum support threshold being 6% and minimum confidence threshold being 80%. Results：Mixed constitution was a common situation. In the single constitution type,constitutions of rang deficiency,Qi deficiency and damp-heat were common. In mixed constitution type,constitution of Qi deficiency maybe the basic constitution of the six biased constitutions except for the allergic constitution. There were 22 classification association rules were dug out related to mixed constitition. Conclusion：The identification degree based on the Nine kinds of basic constitution classification scale of TCM was not high enough.
