针灸治疗银屑病取穴规律的现代文献研究

摘　　要：目的 ：通过对近十年针灸治疗银屑病的临床文献进行整理分析,总结和分析针灸治疗银屑病的取穴规律,以期为临床应用与研究提供参考。方法：通过检索中国知网（CNKI）2005～2014年国内针灸治疗银屑病的临床应用与研究文献,将纳入文献的腧穴按照选用频率及归经、经络选用频次、腧穴分布频次进行统计分析。结果：针灸治疗银屑病取穴以足太阳膀胱经的腧穴使用频率最高,其次是手阳明大肠经;使用总频次最多的是肺俞穴,其次为曲池穴;腧穴分布主要集中在背部。结论：针灸疗法治疗银屑病疗效确切,且遵循循经取穴、辨证和局部取穴的取穴规律。Objective：To summarize and analyze the point selection rules of psoriasis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion for providing references to the clinical application and study. Methods：The clinical application literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating psoriasis were collected by searching CNKI from2005 to 2014,in which the points were screened by classification method,and the finally selected points were analyzed and processed by selection frequency,channel tropism,meridian selection frequency,point distribution frequency. Results：The highest frequency of meridian selection existed in bladder meridian of foot Taiyang in the clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of psoriasis,followed by the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming. The highest frequency of point selection was Fei-shu point,followed by Qu-chi point. The point distribution mainly concentrated on the back. Conclusion：The curative effect of acupuncture and moxbustion treatment of psoriasis was definite following the point selection rules according to the meridian,syndrome and portion.
