摘　　要：目的 :观察沈氏清肺汤治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法 :将符合诊断标准的患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组采用规范化治疗方案,治疗组在其基础上加沈氏清肺汤方治疗,疗程为2周,比较两组中医症状积分、中医症状积分改善率、临床疗效。结果:治疗两周后,治疗组中医症状积分及积分改善率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.015<0.05),治疗组临床效果优于对照组。结论:沈氏清肺汤治疗AECOPD疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenshi Qingfei decoction in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） of phlegm heat type. Methods：60 patients with AECOPD meeting diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Standardized treatment was applied in both groups while Shenshi Qingfei Decoction was added only to the treatment group for 2 weeks so as to compare the scores of TCM symptoms,improvement rates of the scores and curative effects of the two groups. Results：The scores of TCM symptoms,improvement rate of the scores in the treatment group were improved compared with those in the control group with statistical differences（P〈0.01）. There were statistical differences of the curative effects between the two groups（P=0.015〈0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion：Shenshi Qingfei decoction had significant effects in treating AECOPD.
