《儒门事亲》医学思想探析

摘　　要：《儒门事亲》学术思想主要可以概括为:邪去正安、一分为三、因势利导、以通为用、三因制宜。张从正认为疾病是由于邪气侵入所致,只有祛除邪气,疾病才可以痊愈,治病以祛邪为首务。他将邪气分为天邪、地邪和人邪,天邪多侵犯人体上部,地邪多侵犯人体下部,人邪多侵犯人体中部。治疗应因势利导,给邪气以出路,根据三类邪气致病部位,提出了汗、吐、下三法。张从正认为疾病发生机制是邪气侵犯机体,致气血郁滞不畅,治疗关键是祛除邪气,畅通气血。临证要因时、因地、因人施治,体现了辨证论治的基本精神。The author studied and analyzed Rumen Shiqin by using literature study method and summarized the main medical thought including：dispelling the pathogenic factors maintaining health,viewing things from three aspects,compliance to disease developmental trend,treating patients with purgative therapy,treating patients based on the geographical locations,time and physical constitutions. ZHANG Congzheng hold that the occurrence of diseases were due to pathogenic invasions and only removing the pathogens could the diseases be cured,so it was very important to remove the pathogens for curing the diseases. He divided the pathogens into three categories：Tian pathogens,Di pathogens and Human pathogens with different pathogenic locations. Tian pathogens always attacked the upper part of human body,and Di pathogens always attacked the lower part of the human body,and Human pathogens always attacked the middle part of the human body. The treatment should be compliant to the disease developmental trend and expelling the pathogens.Sweating,vomiting,purgative therapies were proposed based on the three kinds of pathogenic locations.ZHANG Congzheng hold that the disease mechanism was pathogenic factors invading the body causing stagnation of Qi and blood. Therefore,the key treatment was to dispel the pathogenic Qi and promote the circulation of Qi and blood. In addition,he also put forward that we should consider the concrete problems and diseases according to the geographical locations,time and physical constitutions which reflected the basic spirit of syndrome differentiation.
