超纯透析对维持性血液透析患者6项生化指标及炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨超纯透析对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者6项生化指标及炎性状态的影响。方法选取行MHD 的尿毒症患者96例作为研究对象，根据透析液的类型将患者分为超纯透析液组（48例）和常规透析液组（48例），观察透析3个月后两组患者贫血指标、生化指标和炎性指标的变化情况。结果超纯透析组白蛋白浓度（Alb）、血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（Hct）、Ca2﹢分别为（43.14±4.10）g/ L、（110.6±23.8）g/ L、（33.04±4.18）％、（2.51±0.08）mmol/ L，均显著高于常规透析液组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；超纯透析液组肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、高敏 C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）分别为（60.21±18.30）pg/ L、（5.72±1.86）mg/ L，均显著低于常规透析液组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论超纯透析液行维持血液透析治疗能够降低单核细胞活性，改善机体微炎症状态。Objective To study the effect of ultrapure dialysis on 6 biochemical indexes and in-flammatory status in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）patients. Methods A total of 96 patients under-went MHD were selected in this study,according to the type of dialysis fluid,they were divided into ultra pure dialysate group（48 cases）and conventional dialysis fluid group（48 cases）,the change of hypohe-mia,biochemical indicators and inflammatory indexes after dialysis 3 months of two the groups were ob-served. Results The Alb,Hb,Hct,Ca2 ﹢ in ultra pure dialysis group were（43. 14 ± 4. 10）g / L, （110. 6 ± 23. 8）g / L,（33. 04 ± 4. 18）% ,（2. 51 ± 0. 08）mmol/ L,respectively,were significantly high-er than those of conventional dialysis fluid group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;The level of TNF- alpha,hs-CRP in ultra pure dialysate group was（60. 21 ± 18. 30）pg / L and（5. 72 ± 1. 86）mg / L,were significantly lower than those of conventional dialysis fluid group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Ultra pure dialysate for hemodialysis can reduce the mononuclear cell activity,improve the body micro inflammatory status.
