股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年患者股骨转子间骨折采用股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板的治疗效果。方法选取阳曲县人民医院骨科2013年5月至2014年5月收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者40例，采用股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗。结果手术平均出血量300 ml，平均手术时间90 min，均Ⅰ期愈合，无下肢深静脉血栓，无感染。平均骨折愈合时间15周，无退钉、断裂、内固定松动现象，无功能障碍或严重疼痛，生活均可自理。与治疗前比较，治疗后髋关节功能 Harris 评分明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论老年患者股骨转子间骨折采用股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗，可防止并发症，提高髋关节功能，最大程度保障患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of anatomical proximal femoral locking plate on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014,40 eld-erly patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted in department of orthopaedics of the people’s hospi-tal of Yangqu were selected. They were treated by anatomical proximal femoral locking plate treatment. Results During the operation,the average amount of bleeding was 300 ml and average time was 90 mi-nutes. Patients’wounds all healed in stageⅠ. There was no deep venous thrombosis or infection. The aver-age time of fracture healing was 15 weeks,there were no retreated nails,fracture,internal fixation loose-ning,dysfunction or severe pain. Patients all could take care of themselves. Compared with prior treat-ment,scores of Harris hip function significantly increased,and the difference was significant（P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusions Anatomical proximal femur locking plate to treat elderly patients with intertrochanteric frac-tures can prevent complications,improve hip joint function and ensure the quality of life of patients.
