摘 要:以自制的抗菌材料和低分子量聚异丁烯为主要原料,采用熔融共混工艺,研究制备了自粘性抗菌材料。研究结果表明:聚异丁烯的添加明显降低了熔融混料时的扭矩,抗菌材料熔融流变性能得到改善,且对抗菌材料的结晶形态无影响;随着聚异丁烯添加量的增加抗菌材料的拉伸强度有所下降,断裂伸长率明显增加;聚异丁烯的添加量对抗菌效果没有影响;自粘抗菌膜的剥离强度和搭接强度随聚异丁烯用量的增加而增加。The self-adhesive antibacterial material was made by using self-made antibacterial materials and polyisobutene with low molecular weight as raw materials through melt blending process. The results show that addition of polyisobutene can significantly reduce the torque in the melt blending system and consequently improve the melting rheological property of the antibacterial material. The morphology of the crystalline of the antibacterial material is not influenced obviously. With increasing of the amount of polyisobutene, the tensile strength of the antibacterial material decreases, the elongation at break increases. Addition dosage of polyisobutene has no impact on the antibacterial effect of the material. However, the peel strength and lap-joint strength of the self-adhesive antibacterial film can be enhanced by increasing polyisobutene dosage in the system..
