摘　　要：通过对溶剂再生塔开工过程中出现问题的探究,给出了芳烃抽提装置再生塔开工运行常见问题的分析方法,同时给出了判断贫溶剂汽提水换热器出现内漏的判断依据,并指出了再生塔运行对改善溶剂质量、从而减缓溶剂系统管线腐蚀的重要性,以及如何降低溶剂的降解速度、提高装置的运行周期。By means of analyzing and discussing the problems happened in the solvent regeneration tower during starting running, the common analysis method for regeneration tower running problems was put forward. At the same time, the judgment basis was presented to estimate if there is leakage in the heat exchanger between lean solvent and stripping water.Furtherly the importance of regeneration tower for improving solvent quality and relaxing the pipes＇ corrosion of solvent system was discussed, how to reduce solvent degradation speed and to increase running period of installation was analyzed.
