摘 要:为提高汽车的安全性能,缩短刹车距离,将汽车扰流板对制动性能影响作为研究对象.基于计算流体动力学技术,对加装了后扰流板的汽车外流场影响进行了仿真分析,及其对不同路面不同车速下制动性能产生的影响进行分析.首先,基于当代轿车外形特征建立三维实体模型,并完成仿真分析中必要的计算区域的几何模型建立.其次,基于ICEM-CFD软件完成仿真计算所需的离散化模型.最后,基于FLUENT完成参数的调试,CFD模型计算以及结果的提取,结果表明在良好路面和湿滑路面下,汽车扰流板的加入明显提高了汽车的制动性能和安全性能.In order to improve the safety performance of the vehicle and short the braking distance, this paper took the influence on the braking performance of automobile spoiler as the research object. Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),the simulation analysis was carried out on the flow field influence of the car with rear spoiler, and the braking performance under different speed on different road surfaces impact was analyzed. First of all, according to the characteristics of the contemporary car shape, the three dimensional modeling was built, and the geometric model which is necessaire on the computing area of the simulation analysis was established. Secondly, based on the ICEM CFD software, the discretization model of the simulation calculation required was completed. Lastly, using the FLUENT simulation software,parameters were debugged, CFD model was calculated and its result was distilled. Results show that under the good roads and slippery road surface, the car spoiler obviously improves the braking performance and the safety.
