摘　　要：为解决现阶段油田注水站人工操作存在的劳动强度大、效率低、精度不高和历史数据查阅不便等问题,采用以美国西斯耐特PLC为核心,采用Modbus总线和工业以太网做通讯,并用先进的组态软件Intouch做显示界面进行注水站自动监控系统的设计,该系统在唐114科技示范区进行现场应用.研究结果表明:该系统具有操作简单、监控直观,在实现自动监控的同时大大提高了注水过程的安全性.In order to solve the problem of that manual operation of the monitoring system for oilfield water injection station has labor intensity, low efficiency, less high accuracy and inconvenience of referring history data, this paper took the SIXNET types of PLC as the core, used the fieldbus and industrial Ethernet for communication and used Intouch as the display user interface for the design of the automatic monitoring system of water injection station. The result of applying the system in demonstration area of the tang dynasty 114 science field shows that the system is simple to operate and intuitive to monitor, and realizes automatic monitoring and greatly improves the safety of water injection process.
