摘　　要：目的探讨鼻息肉组织中胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)的表达及与IgE的相关性。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月广州医科大学附属深圳沙井医院收治的鼻息肉伴有慢性鼻炎或鼻窦炎患者54例作为观察组,选择同期健康受试者54例作为对照组。采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术和免疫组织化学技术检测IGF-1信使RNA(mRNA)及其蛋白的表达、免疫组织化学技术检测所有标本中的IgE表达,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组在鼻息肉组织中阳性细胞数为(15.9±4.1)个/每高倍视野,对照组为(3.5±1.3)个/每高倍视野,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.026,P<0.05);IGF-1 mRNA在观察组与对照组的表达量分别为(0.90±0.31)和(0.31±0.13),观察组IGF-1 mRNA的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01);IgE在鼻息肉和健康受试者中的阳性细胞数分别为(15.0±3.1)和(4.0±1.1)个/每高倍镜视野,观察组总IgE阳性细胞数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);鼻息肉患者组IGF-1 mRNA与总IgE呈正相关(r=0.407,P<0.05)。结论 IGF-1可能通过促进IgE的表达而参与鼻息肉的发病。Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor 1（ IGF-1） in nasal polyps and its correlation with IgE. Methods Total of 54 patients with Nasal Polyps in Shenzhen Shajing Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from Dec. 2011 to Dec. 2013 were included as observation group,54 healthy people during the same period were included as control group,quantitative PCR and immunehistochemistry were adopted to observe the expression of IGF-1 mRNA and IgE expressionwas detected by immunehistochemistry in all samples,the results of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The number of positive cells of IGF-1 in the observation group and control group were（ 15. 9 ± 4. 1） and（ 3. 5 ±1. 3） per high power field respectively,the difference was statistically significant（ t = 2. 026,P 〈 0. 05）;expression of IGF-1 mRNA in the observation group and control group were（ 0. 90 ± 0. 31） and（ 0. 31 ±0. 13）,significantly higher in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 01）; the number of positive cells of IgE in the observation group and control group were（ 15. 0 ± 3. 1） and（ 4. 0 ± 1. 1） per high power field respectively,the observation group was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 05）; in the observation group IGF-1 mRNA was positively correlated with total IgE（ r = 0. 407,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion IGF-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps by promoting IgE production.
