摘  要:为提高离心泵叶轮的水力效率及结构性能,提出了流固耦合仿真技术与代理模型相结合的优化设计方法。通过均匀试验设计与CFD/CSD单向耦合仿真获得了样本数据,进而运用Kriging方法,分别建立离心泵叶轮效率、离心泵叶轮最大变形、离心泵叶轮最大应力与影响因素之间的代理模型。在此基础上,采用SQP算法求解以水力效率最大为目标函数,且考虑了离心泵叶轮的强度和刚度约束的优化模型。将该方法用于某离心泵叶轮的优化设计,结果表明取得了很好的效果。In order to improve the hydraulic efficiency and structural performance of a centrifugal pump impeller,a design method combining fluid- structure interaction simulation technology with surrogate model is proposed. Sample points' data obtained from uniform design as well as CFD / CSD one- way simulation experiments are used to establish surrogate model including the efficiency,maximum deformation and maximum stress of the centrifugal impeller and their contributing factors by Kriging model. On the basis of this,an optimization model with the maximum hydraulic efficiency of the impeller as the objective function,and strength and stiffness of the impeller as constraints is built through SQP algorithm. The application of the proposed method in the design of a certain centrifugal pump impeller proved the effectiveness of the optimization.
