硅凝胶膜联合早期口服曲尼司特防治外伤瘢痕增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硅凝胶膜联合早期口服曲尼司特防治外伤瘢痕增生的疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年5月就诊的120例外伤患者按就诊标记的单双序号分为对照组与治疗组。对照组单纯使用硅凝胶贴膜外敷,而治疗组在使用硅凝胶贴膜的同时于创伤愈合早期联合口服曲尼司特胶囊。两组治疗疗程均为3~6个月。比较两组治疗效果。结果创伤愈合后6个月根据温哥华瘢痕量表对两组评分及疗效判断,显示治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硅凝胶膜联合早期口服曲尼司特防治外伤瘢痕增生的疗效可靠且无明显不良反应,是一种较好的防治瘢痕增生的方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of silicone membrane combined with early oral tranilast in prevention and treatment of traumatic scar hyperplasia. Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to May 2014,120 cases of selected patients with trauma were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the single and double number of the marks. The control group was treated with silicone membrane for external application,while the treatment group was given silicone membrane at the same time combined with oral tranilast capsule in the early period of wound healing. The treatment courses of the two groups were all 3-6 months. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results 6 months after wound healing,according to the Vancouver scar scale,the score and efficacy judgment of the two groups showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Silicone membrane combined with early oral tranilast in prevention and treatment of trauma scar hyperplasia was reliable and had no obvious adverse reactions,which was an effective method in prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scar.
