运用RSRw法评价某院2008-2014年住院医疗质量

摘　　要：目的对成都市某三甲医院2008至2014年医疗质量指标进行综合质量评价。方法采用信息权数法计算各个住院指标的权数,用加权秩和比法对住院医疗质量进行统计分析。结果 2012年医疗质量相对较好,2010年、2013年、2014年综合医疗质量相对中等,2008年、2009年、2011年综合医疗质量相对较差。结论运用加权秩和比法评价医疗质量,可以直观、准确地反映医疗质量的完成情况,为医院管理提供科学依据。Objective To comprehensive evaluation of medical quality index in some good hospital of Chengdu in 2008-2014 years. Methods Used information weighting method calculating the weights of each in hospital index,used RSRw method to statistical analysis of medical quality of in hospital. Results The medical quality in 2012 is relatively good,the comprehensive medical quality in 2010,2013 and 2014 is relatively moderate,the comprehensive medical quality in 2008,2009 and 2011 is relatively poor. Conclusion Application of RSRw method to evaluate the medical quality can reflect the performance of the quality of medical in a directly and accurately way and provide a scientific basis for the hospital management.
