中国家庭养老方式的社会化机制研究——来自德国的启示

摘　　要：我国未富先老的现状及家庭结构的变迁,已经成为制约我国传统家庭养老可持续发展的瓶颈。而德国在家庭养老方式的运营实践中,因长期贯彻家庭养老社会化的基本原则,确保了其养老方式运行的可持续性。所以通过研究支持德国家庭养老社会化运行的经济与非经济条件,提炼出设置多层次经济来源以提供物质基础、夯实服务基础以提供高质量服务、打造适老公寓以提供灵活服务方式等政策措施,这对于中国传统家庭养老方式社会化改革有着参考借鉴价值。The current situation of getting old before being rich and the transformation of family structure has restricted thesustainable development of the traditional family supporting model for the aged in China.German government has endeavored tosocialize its family pension, thus sustaining the operation of its pension manner. By examining the economic and non-economicfactors in socializing family pension in Germany, the paper proposes such measures as creating multi-level economic sources asthe material base and improving service quality by building suitable apartments for the aged, etc.
