军事应激对新兵免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新兵军事训练前后机体细胞免疫和体液免疫的变化情况。方法从某部新兵集训基地选择参加入伍军事训练的新兵60名,分别在军事训练前和军事训练后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查,血清免疫球蛋白和补体功能的检测,NK细胞、B淋巴细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞及白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)含量的检测。结果新兵军事训练后SCL-90总分及躯体化、抑郁、偏执因子分值较军事训练前显著升高(P<0.05);军事训练后血清Ig G、Ig A和Ig M水平,B淋巴细胞和NK细胞数量,外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞数、CD8+T淋巴细胞数和CD4+/CD8+比值较军事训练前均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);军事训练后外周血IL-2水平较军事训练前明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平较军事训练前明显升高(P<0.05),辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)1/Th2比值军事训练后明显低于军事训练前(P<0.05)。结论由军事训练引起的军事应激可引起新兵免疫功能的降低。Objective To investigate the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity among recruits before and after military training. Methods A total of 60 recruits participated military training in enlisted military training base, and the symptom checklists（SCL-90） were used to scale their psychological symptoms before and after military training, respectively. Their serum immunoglobulin and complement function were determined, and natural killer（NK） cell, B lymphocyte, CD4＋ T lymphocyte, CD8＋ T lymphocyte, interleukin 2（IL-2） and interleukin 10（IL-10） levels were determined. Results The SCL-90 total score,somatization, depression and paranoia score after military training increased significantly than those before military training（P〈0.05）. The levels of serum Ig G, Ig A and Ig M, B lymphocyte, NK cell,peripheral blood CD4＋ T lymphocyte, CD8＋ T lymphocyte and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio decreased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The level of peripheral blood IL-2 decreased after military training（P〈0.05）, and the level of peripheral blood IL-10 increased significantly（P〈0.05）. The helper T lymphocyte（Th）1/Th2 ratio after military training was significantly higher than that before military training（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Military stress can cause body＇s immune dysfunction among recruits.
