华北油田岔39断块回注污水配制可动凝胶试验及应用

摘　　要：针对中温油藏采用回注污水配液的可动凝胶调驱,研制了包含与聚丙烯酰胺羧钠基交联的金属离子和与酰胺基交联的复合交联剂以及适合回注污水配制的促交剂和添加剂。交联试验结果表明,采用矿化度11061.3mg/L的油田回注污水配制的可动凝胶体系交朕强度高,稳定性好,72℃温度条件下恒温60d,凝胶黏度保持率70%以上。现场应用6口井,取得较好的增产效果,为中温油藏采用回注污水配液的可动凝胶调驱探索了一条新的有效途径。The movable gel prepared with reinjected waste water is used for displacement controlling in medium temperature reservoir.A multiple crosslinking system,including a multiple crosslinking agent,apromoting crosslink agent and additive is developed.The result of crosslinking agent test includes the movable gel prepared with reinjected waste water with the degree of mineralization 11061.3mg/L has a good stability,and the viscosity retention rate of the gel is more than 70%after 60 days.It is used 6wells in the oilfield,it obtains better oil increment efficiency.The research provides an effective way to make movable gel from reinjected waste water for medium temperature reservoirs.
