节段性不稳在脊椎滑脱症治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究节段性不稳在治疗脊椎滑脱症中的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月～2015年9月我院80例脊椎滑脱症患者,过度前屈-过伸X线动态观察,分析其滑脱的范围与临床表现及脊椎滑脱程度的关系。结果研究显示患者的临床症状与脊椎滑脱的程度不成正比,临床症状越严重其滑脱长度越大,轻度症状可逆滑移（2.4±0.8）mm,中度症状可逆滑移（4.7±1.3）mm,重度症状可逆滑移（6.3±1.2）mm,三者相较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论患者的脊椎滑脱的程度与临床症状严重程度无关,其临床症状越严重说明滑脱的范围越大,其手术的指征取决于临床症状的严重程度。Objective To research the clinical effect of segmental instability in treatment of spondylolisthesis. Methods A total of 80 patients with spondylolisthesis treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected. Dynamic observation on hyperanteflexion- hyperextension was conducted under X-ray. The relation between range of spondylolisthesis and clinical symptoms were analyzed. Results The clinical symptoms of patients were not in direct correlation with the severity of spondylolisthesis. Severer clinical symptoms indicated longer spondylolisthesis.The length of spondylolisthesis in patients with mild clinical symptoms was（2.4±0.8） mm, in those with moderate symptoms was（4.7±1.3） mm, and in those with severe symptoms was（6.3±1.2） mm, which were significantly different when compared（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The severity of spondylolisthesis has no direct correlation with clinical symptoms. Severer clinical symptoms indicate lager range of spondylolisthesis. The operation indication is based on the severity of clinical symptoms.
