胺碘酮与导管射频消融治疗室性早搏患者的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮与导管射频消融治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法选取为2013年6月～2014年6月之间我院收治的100例室性早搏患者,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者口服胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组患者则采用导管射频消融治疗,随访1年,对比两组患者的疗效、不良反应及1年内的不良心血管事件发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率达到92.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者均未发生明显不良反应及并发症;随访1年内观察组不良心血管事件发生率为4.0%,显著低于对照组的22.0%（P〈0.05）。结论导管射频消融术治疗室性早搏的疗效明显由于口服胺碘酮治疗,能够显著降低治疗后不良心血管事件的发生,且安全性较好,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To compare the curative effect of amiodarone and therapeutic room premature ablation radiofrequency catheter. Methods The 100 cases of ventricular premature beat patients from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected,according to the regimen in the different treatment were divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases, patients in control group were treated with oral amiodarone treatment,patients in the observation group were used radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treatment,all the patients were followed up for 1year,curative effect,adverse reaction and within 1 year of adverse cardiovascular events incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency in the observation group reach 92.0%,significantly higher than that of 70.0% in the control group, with statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）; obvious adverse reactions and complica tions in the two groups of patients did not occur; during 1 year of follow-up observation group of adverse cardiovascular event occurrence rate was 4.0%,significantly lower than that in the control group of 22.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of ventricular premature beat significantly due to treatment with oral amiodarone to significantly reduced after treatment for adverse cardiovascular events and safety is good,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical.
