腹腔穿刺术在外科急腹症和闭合性腹部损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔穿刺术在外科急腹症和闭合性腹部损伤中的应用价值。方法选于2011年12月至2014年12月在三门峡市中心医院接受治疗的78例外科急腹症和53例闭合性腹部损伤患者，所有患者均采取腹部穿刺术进行检查，并与术后病理检查结果进行比较。结果外科急腹症穿刺检查阳性76例，阴性2例，检查相符率为97．4％；闭合性腹部损伤穿刺检查阳性49例，阴性4例，阳性率为92．5％；外科急腹症和闭合性腹部损伤穿刺诊断与术后病理检查比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论腹部穿刺检查是一种简单、方便、安全和可靠的诊断方法，能为外伤急腹症和闭合性腹部损伤提供快速的诊断依据，该技术在临床上具有较好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of abdominal paracentesis in acute abdomen and blunt abdominal injury. Methods From December 2011 to December 2014, 78 patients with acute abdomen and 53 patients with abdominal blunt trauma were selected. Patients were taken abdominal paracentesis, then compared with the results of surgery pathological examination. Results Among 78 patients with acute abdomen, 76 eases of biopsy positive and 2 cases of negative, examination was 97.4% in line; Among 53 patients with blunt abdominal trauma, biopsy positive in 49 cases, 4 cases of negative, the positive rate was 92. 5%. There was no significant difference between invasive diagnostic and path- ological examination of patients with acute abdomen and blunt abdominal trauma（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Abdominal biopsy is a simple, convenient, safe and reliable diagnostic method that can provide the basis for rapid diagnosis of acute abdomen and bhmt abdominal trauma injuries, the technology has good application value in clinical practice.
