摘　　要：目的探讨从骨性关节炎(OA)滑膜组织分离、培养滑膜间充质干细胞(SDSCs)的可行性,并分析其细胞增殖能力及成骨细胞、脂肪细胞和软骨细胞分化能力。方法选取临床中因膝关节OA行关节置换的患者,提取手术中正常切除的滑膜组织,进行SMSCs的分离和培养。然后,对其进行成脂诱导、成骨诱导和成软骨诱导。结果来源于OA关节的滑膜组织,同样可以分离出SDSCs,进行传代培养,并向脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞分化。结论 OA关节的滑膜组织中提取的SDSCs具有良好的增殖和多向分化能力。Objective To explore the feasibility of the derivation and culture of synovium-derived stem cells（ SDSCs） from synovial tissue of osteoarthritis（ OA）,and to explore the cell proliferation ability of SDSCs and the ability of osteoblast,adipogenic and chondrogenic differentiation. Methods The synovial tissues were extracted from knee joint of OA patients that underwent knee joint replacement operation,SDSCs were derived and cultured,and then underwent the lipid induction,osteogenic induction and induction of cartilage. Results SDSCs was derived from the synovial tissues of the OA joint,then the cells were cultured and differentiated into adipocytes,osteoblasts and chondrocytes. Conclusion SDSCs that extracted from OA synovial tissue were with good proliferation and multi direction differentiation ability.
