摘 要:北魏宗室特指拓跋始祖神元帝力微的全体后裔,贵为国胄的他们是代人统治集团之骨干,主导政局走势及王朝盛衰。宗室又是凌驾社会之上的特权阶层,充分享受各类教育资源。国家为提升宗室的知识素养,移用中原固有的教育体系对其加以训教,宫廷、官学和私学都成为培养的园地。北魏宗室教育广泛延聘优秀学者,精选教师教案,取得了良好的效果,宗室成员普遍锐意进取、务实上进,官僚文士化程度不断加深,勇担管理国家之重任与此关系密切。置身中古文化发展的宏观背景,宗室教育也带有典型的地域特征,质朴保守的河北学风乃是其灵魂。In the Northern Wei dynasty,much stress was laid on the education of royal families.They fully enjoyed various educational resources.The education system of Han Nationality in the central plain was employed to improve their intellectual level.Palaces,official schools and private schools were all their bases of education.Top-class instructors and the selected teaching designs were at their service,which achieved good instructive effect.With this education,most of the royal members forged ahead with pragmatic and enterprising spirit.In the background of Chinese medieval culture,the royal family education was of geographical features.The soul of it was the conservative and pragmatic Hebei learning style.
