摘  要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂25 kt/a甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置产品的硫含量偏高而影响调合后产品的硫含量,导致油品质量不符合车用汽油排放标准。分析原因发现,由于MTBE对硫化物的溶解性强和硫化物密度偏高,原有硫化物及合成MTBE时新生成的硫化物在MTBE中富集,导致产品硫含量高。在原有MTBE生产工艺基础上,通过采用前部原料脱硫与后部产品脱硫相结合的MTBE脱硫工艺技术,即增设脱硫胺液净化系统,并对液膜塔进料流程进行改造后,装置液态烃脱后总硫质量分数保持在5-20μg/g;在MTBE生产单元末端增设MTBE精馏系统后,MTBE产品硫质量分数可降至30-60μg/g。本次改造实现了产品硫含量的下降,产品满足汽油调合标准。The higher sulfur in the products of the 25,000 TPY MTBE unit in Petrochemical Complex of Petro China Yumen Oil Field Company causes higher sulfur in blended motor gasoline and off-specifications of motor gasoline emission. The analysis has found that the higher sulfur in MTBE product is the result of that the original sulfides and new sulfides produced in the MTBE process are concentrated in MTBE due to the strong solubility of MTBE for sulfide and higher density of sulfides. With the application of integrated desulfurization of feedstock and products of MTBE unit,i. e. addition of amine liquid purification system as well as revamping of feed flow of liquid membrane tower,the total sulfur in the liquid hydrocarbon after desulfurization is maintained at 5 - 20 ppm; After installation of MTBE fractionation system at downstream of MTBE unit,the sulfur in MTBE product can be decreased to 30 - 60 ppm. The sulfur reduction of product has been realized in the revamping and the product has met the required specifications of blended motor oil.
