论警务监督绩效评价的价值取向

摘　　要：价值取向是主体根据自身客观需要,对其行为方向的理性选择。从我国权力体制内外两类评价主体客观需要的角度,得出体制内主体的价值取向是依法规范警察权,体制外主体的价值取向则是监督警察权。The value orientation is the rational choice of subject＇s behavior based on its objective demand. Viewed from the two kinds of power systems in China, it is concluded that the value orientation of system main body is in accordance with the specifications right of the police, while the value orientation outside the system of subject is the right of supervision of the police.
