摘　　要：公安院校治安专业法学课程应符合公安职业教育特色的课程设计定位,这一定位又应与专业所能提供的课程基础条件相适应,并兼顾公安职业需求和学生能力拓展的需要。In public security colleges, the law courses of public security major should be in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education curriculum design of public security. They must also be designed to fit the basic conditions provided by public security major, while meeting the requirements of public security major development and students＇ capacity raising.
