摘  要:[目的]通过比较8种除草剂对烟株生长的影响,筛选出除草剂二氯喹啉酸的替代品种。[方法]利用盆栽技术,将50%二氯喹啉酸WP、60%丁草胺EC、50%乙草胺EC、25 g/L五氟磺草胺OD、35%苄·丁WP、53%苄嘧·苯噻酰WP、30%苄·二氯WP、330 g/L二甲戊灵EC 8种稻田除草剂均按照最大推荐剂量、最大推荐剂量的50%、25%、10%、5%、1%、清水对照7个处理进行拌土施药处理,并测定其对烟草生长的影响。[结果]所有供试除草剂对烟株的生长抑制作用均小于二氯喹啉酸,其中25 g/L五氟磺草胺OD、53%苄嘧·苯噻酰WP、35%苄·丁WP、30%苄·二氯WP、330 g/L二甲戊灵EC对烟草的药害临界值分别为8.00×10-3、7.50×10-2、2.23、2.55×10-2、5.60×10-3mg a.i./kg。[结论]该5种除草剂将可作为稻烟轮作区二氯喹啉酸的替代品种。[Aims] This study aims to screen out the alternative agents of quinclorac through comparison of the effects of eight herbicides on the growth of tobacco. [Methods] Eight kinds of herbicides quinclorac 50% WP, butachlor 60% EC, acetochlor 50% EC, penoxsulam 25 g/L OD, bensulfuronmethyl-butachlor 35% WP, bensulfuron-methyl-mefenacet 53% WP, bensulfuron-methyl-quinclorac 30% WP and pendimethalin 330 g/L EC chosen as alternative agents were used in the soil at maximum recommended dose, 50, 25, 10, 5, 1% of maximum recommended dose and water(control) in pot experiment and the growth of tobacco was investigated. [Results] The results showed that the inhibitory effect of the selected herbicide on tobacco were smaller than quinclorac at the same concentration dose. The critical concentration causing tobacco phytotoxicity of bensulfuron methyl-quinclorac 30% WP, bensulfuron methyl-mefenacet 53% WP, bensulfuron methyl-butachlor 35% WP, penoxsulam 25 g/L OD and pendimethalin 330 g/L EC were 8.00×10^(-3), 7.50×10^(-2), 2.23, 2.55×10^(-2), 5.60×10^(-3) mg a.i./kg respectively. [Conclusions] The five herbicides can be suitable to be used as alternative agents in rice and tobacco rotation system.
