摘　　要：随着我国社会医疗保险制度的全面覆盖,对医疗费用的管理控制显得越来越重要,医疗保险支付方式改革是其中的一个手段,另一个重要的措施就是加强医疗费用的审核、拒付不合理费用。传统的粗放式管理控制手段已经远远不能满足现代化医院精细化管理的需求,智能审核系统在医疗机构门诊费用管理中发挥着巨大的作用。Withuniversal coverageofsocial healthinsurance system, management and controlofmedical costshave become increasingly important, to which one approach is medical insurancepaymentreformandanother one is to strengthen thereviewof medicalexpenses and refuse to pay unreasonablecosts.The traditionalextensive managementisfar from sufficient to meet theneeds ofrefined management in modern hospitals, while intelligentaudit system is playing a crucial roleinthe management ofoutpatient expenses in medical institutions.
