天花粉治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨天花粉治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院妇科2012年1月~2015年8月确诊12例CSP,均予天花粉治疗,以研究天花粉在CSP治疗中的疗效。结果 12例中有9例在使用天花粉后血β-h CG明显下降,有2例血β-h CG下降缓慢,需甲氨喋呤全身化疗后下降至正常,1例考虑保守治疗失败行手术治疗。结论天花粉蛋白注射液应用于治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠具有一定的疗效,是一种理想有效的药物,可用于辅助治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠。Objective To explore the clinical effects of trichosanthin in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）. Methods Data of 12 patients who were diagnosed with CSP in department of gynecology and obstetrics of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from January 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.They were all received the treatment of trichosanthin to study its clinical effects in treatment of CSP. Results In 12 patients receiving the treatment of trichosanthin,there were 9 cases of significantly decreased blood beta-HCG,2 cases of slowly decreased blood beta-HCG who needed methotrexate chemotherapy to make blood beta-HCG to the normal level and 1 patient of unsuccessful conservative treatment who needed surgery. Conclusion Trichosanthin injection in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has certain curative effect.It is an ideally effective drug which can be used in adjuvant treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.
