摘　　要：近年来,我国三甲医院建设取得了长足的进步,但科研管理发展远远落后于医院发展。三甲医院如果想要持续、快速发展,必须依靠科研创新来提高医院的综合竞争力,而科研的创新和发展离不开医院科研管理工作。本研究从当前三甲医院科研管理的弊端出发,深入讨论了新常态下三甲医院科研管理的发展方向。In recent years, the establishment of grade A tier 3 hospitals has made great progress in China. However, the development of scientific research management lags far behind the development of hospital. If grade A tier 3 hospitals want to keep sustainable and rapid development, the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals must be improve through scientific research innovation. Scientific research management is indispensable to the innovation and development of scientific research. This study discussed the development direction of scientific research management of grade A tier 3 hospitals in the new environment from the aspect of defects existing in current scientific research management of grade A tier 3 hospitals.
