摘  要:为获得基于厌氧发酵发酵产沼气为目标的糙皮侧耳预处理甘蔗叶工艺,以糙皮侧耳对甘蔗叶的降解特性试验为基础,研究了碱处理、接种量、培养温度、培养湿度等因素对菌丝生长的影响,确定了预处理工艺,并通过厌氧发酵产沼气试验进行验证,结果表明:当预处理条件为1%Ca(OH)2浸泡1 h、接种量50%、培养温度28℃、培养湿度60%时;甘蔗叶经糙皮侧耳预处理25 d,可有效改善甘蔗叶的厌氧产气性能,沼气总量为33957 m L、发酵物料的木质素降解率为52.1%,分别较对照组提高了28.9%、26.2%。In order to obtain anaerobic fermentation biogas production of sugarcane leaves pretreated by Pleurotus ostreatus,based on the degradation characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus on sugarcane leaves,the effects of alkali treatment,inoculation amount,temperature,humidity and other factors on the growth of mycelia were studied,determined the pretreatment process,and verified the biogas test by anaerobic fermentation. The results showed that the pretreatment conditions were soaked 1 hour in 1%Ca( OH)2,inoculation amount 50%,culture temperature 28 ℃,and humidity 60%,sugarcane leaves pretreated by Pleurotus ostreatus for 25 days,which improved the anaerobic biogasification efficiency,the biogas production was 33957 m L and degradation rate of volatile subtract was 52.1%,which increased by 28.9% and 26.2% respectively compared with the control group.
