圆筒混料机刮料装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：为了解决圆筒混料机内壁黏料问题,设计出一种利用悬挂刮料器对圆筒混料机内壁黏料进行在线清理的装置。悬挂刮料器悬挂在圆筒混料机内部特定位置并与筒壁保持一定距离。该装置不需能源,不需润滑,而是通过圆筒混料机转动使得悬挂刮料器和圆筒混料机内壁上黏料发生摩擦后产生摆动力对黏料进行破碎。使用效果表明,该装置投用后,清料效果好,圆筒混料机内部黏料现象彻底消除,降低了工人劳动强度和维修费,提高了烧结作业率,经济效益明显。To solve the material sticking on the internal wall of cylindrical mixer,a kind of hanging scraper device is designed to clean the sticking material on- line. It is hanged on the special position in the mixer and keeps a certain distance from the cylinder wall. It need not energy and lubrication,but cracks the sticking material by means of the friction betw een it and the sticking material on the wall in rotation of cylindrical mixer. It is showed in use that clean effect is good,the problem of internal sticking material in the mixer is thoroughly eliminated,worker＇s labor strength improved,maintenance cost reduced,sintering operation rate raised,economic benefit got.
