摘 要:采用浸渍-蒸发-热解炭化的方法制备了不同系列碳源包覆的碳包覆球形石墨电池负极材料。利用XRD和SEM分析技术研究了碳源种类和碳包覆量对碳包覆球形石墨材料结构的影响。结果表明:采用葡萄糖、沥青和酚醛树脂做碳源能够制备出具有碳核-壳结构的碳包覆球形石墨材料;随碳源加入量增加,碳包覆球形石墨材料的碳壳增加;酚醛树脂做碳源能够制备出具有光滑致密的碳核-壳结构的碳包覆球形石墨电池负极材料。A series of carbon coated spherical graphite batteries negative electrode material coated by different carbon sources were prepared by means of impregnation-evaporation-pyrolysis carbonization. The effect of carbon source species and the amount of carbon-coated on the carbon coated spherical graphite materials were investigated by using of X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope technique. The results show that the carbon coated spherical materials with carbon core-shell structure could be prepared with glucose,pitch and phenolic resin as carbon source. The carbon shell of carbon coated spherical graphite materials increases with increasing the amount of carbon source. The carbon coated spherical graphite batteries negative electrode materials with smooth and dense carbon core-shell structure could be obtained when phenolic resin as a carbon source.
