摘　　要：转炉出钢口是转炉炉衬的一个重要部位,其维护质量的好坏直接关系着钢水质量、转炉炉型控制、钢铁料消耗控制以及炼钢的生产节奏。分析了承钢120 t转炉出钢口管更换过程存在的问题。通过提高拆炉车扩孔质量,优化出钢口管更换的生产工艺,对出钢口管外形的重新设计,提高了出钢口使用寿命,同时降低了工人更换出钢口管劳动强度,缩短了出钢口更换时间,提高了转炉作业率。The steel tapping hole is an important part of converter lining,its maintenance is directly related with molten steel quality,converter profile control,iron and steel materials consumption and production rhythm of steel making. The problem in exchange of the tapping hole of 120 t converter of Cheng Steel is analyzed. With measures： improving hole- expanding quality of dismantling car,optimizing tapping hole exchange process,redesigning external form of tapping hole pipe,the work life of the hole is prolonged,the labor strength of workers reduced,the tapping hole exchange time shortened,the operating rate of converter increased.
