摘　　要：概述了Excel VBA在邯钢酸洗线入口工艺记录中的应用,并对系统的各项功能进行了描述。利用Excel 2003 VBA+SQLServer2000编制程序代替人工记录,实现了生产计划信息根据现场实际优化后自动传输至PLC功能,解决了较多人为操作容易出现漏洞的问题。通过集成生产计划检测功能,可检测出规格偏差大的生产计划,避免因计划问题造成的规格错误质量异议,在提高产品质量和减少质量异议方面有较好的经济效益。It is summarized the application of Excel VBA in entry process recording of pickling line of Han Steel,stated its all functions. With excel 2003 BVA plus SQL Server 2000 to encode program to replace manual recording,the production plan information optimized according to the actual site conditions is transferred to PLC model,then the error in manual operation is solved. With integrated production plan detection function,some plans with large deviation can be checked out,specification error quality objection caused by bad plan avoided,good economic benefit in improving quality and reducing objection got.
